Type of DLT Registration

To Register on DLT platform you need to choose the correct type, there are two types of DLT registration one is Entity registration and another is Telemarketer registration. Detailed description given below;

As Entity: A business unit, company legally recognized institution on person engaged in business or service who would like to send communication to customers intended recipients through SMS or voice call through a register telemarketer.

As Telemarketer: Who are into the SMS Business like aggregator or reseller they need to choose telemarketer option.

DLT registration process for Entity and Telemarketer

Arrange following documents and details before proceeding for Telemarketer and Enterprise registration:

Business PAN Number with Soft Copy.
GST Number (GST Certificate)
Business Established Certificate.
Complete Business Address.
Proof of Business Identity (PAN Card) with Softcopy.
Proof of Business Entity with Softcopy (GST Reg./Business Reg.)

You must register on the DLT platform as an Enterprise

Process for Enterprise / Entity

visit the website Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Portal.
Select as Enterprise.
When it asks have you registered with any other Mobile Operator DLT Network? Select-No.
In the Select Your Telemarketer step enter the Telemarketer Id of your service provider.
Enter Your Business PAN Number.
Fill the form with details required.
Verify with OTP, email
Upload Required Documents and Fill the Required Details.
After Completion You will Get, Your Registration Number.
You’ll receive an Entity ID from the DLT platform (after 72 hours) of your KYC upload.
