Integrating Twilio with Zoho CRM:

Twilio when integrated with Zoho CRM offers options to organize your organization’s incoming and outgoing calls from within Zoho CRM. Configure the Twilio set up to manage call and associate the calls with the leads/contacts in your CRM database.

To Integrate Twilio into your system, there are usually 3 steps.

Authorize Twilio

  1. Add Twilio for Incoming calls.
  2. Add Twilio for Outgoing Calls

 

  • To authorize Twilio-
  1. Go to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
  2. In the Zoho PhoneBridge page, choose Twilio as the telephony provider.
  3. Specify the AccountSID and AuthToken.
  4. Enter the details and Click Authorize.
  5. The Twilio account will be authorized.

Add Twilio for Incoming Calls

  1. Go to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
  2. Under the Incoming call tab, click Add phone number.
  3. Enter the Phone number that you purchased from Twilio.
  4. Then you have to select either of these two options. Based on this, the incoming calls will be channeled to the sales representatives-
    Configure IVR menu: Set up an IVR menu that will be played for the caller.
    Associate User: All the incoming calls to this phone number will be channeled to the specified users.

Add Twilio for Outgoing Calls

  1. Go to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
  2. Click on the Zoho Phone Bridge page.
  3. Under the Outgoing call tab, click Associate phone number.
  4. Select a user from the User drop-down list.
  5. Select a phone number from the Phone Number drop-down list.
  6. Click the Add icon to associate more users with phone numbers.
  7. Click Save.

You can also take help of Contact manager in Zoho CRM to import contacts into Twilio from within the CRM.

  2. In Zoho CRM, go to Setup >Marketplace >Google > Calendar.
  3. In the Calendar Synchronization page, do the following:
  • Select the Sync Calendar from the drop-down list.
  • Choose any one of the Sync Options:
  • 2 Way Sync
  • 1-Way: Zoho CRM Calendar to Google Calendar
  • 1-Way: Google Calendar to Zoho CRM Calendar
  1. Click Save.

 

QuickBooks is another great option to Integrate with your Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM for QuickBooks helps you maintain complete and up-to-date customer information in both Zoho CRM and QuickBooks.

By integrating Zoho with QuickBooks, you can –

  • Transfer data between Zoho CRM and QuickBooks
  • Import all the data from QuickBooks to Zoho CRM
  • Export all or selected records from Zoho CRM to QuickBooks
